PURPOSES 2024

We begin 2024 with many forecasts from experts: economy, COVID, climate change, among others. Have you already mapped out the route you will follow this new year?

The year must begin with resolutions and turn them into clear objectives, divided into each area of life: family, work, health, friends. These should be quantifiable; represented by numbers, for example, if you want to exercise, how much you can exercise and in what: Boxing 3 hours a week.

The objectives must be achievable, considering that there are external variables, which depend on society, the climate... or internal ones that depend on ourselves, such as having the discipline to exercise.

If you manage to focus on the internal variables, the goals will be more realistic. For example, if you prefer to exercise in the mornings, because that's when you have more energy, how many days you have available to train at that time, even if it's only two days, your goal should be to train at least two days a week.

And finally, allocate time: I will train boxing 4 times a week for an hour each day on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings to improve my physical condition.

Encourage yourself to do new activities or improve the ones you do, but don't stop at the purpose and execute it.
