In my first 3 months I have been very satisfied with my experience in the company. From the technical part as well as the relational part, I have felt great support from my superiors and my coworkers. Every day I become more familiar with the work environment and what the company expects from me as a collaborator, so it becomes an iterative process that over time becomes normalized.

Starting with the technical aspect, my expectations are as I stated at the beginning of my internship and I plan to continue contributing in such a way that the company benefits from my participation and I also plan to adapt myself to the different labor demands from the technical point of view that may arise.

It is also important to highlight the situation in the relational environment, for this aspect I have felt very satisfied with the communication channels that the company manages.

With my co-workers we develop bonds of support and help as the situation requires and the environment becomes a very positive ecosystem. I hope to continue to grow within Cecropia both as a person and as a professional.

My experience in the company has been rewarding and enriching throughout the time I have spent here, I feel that I have grown as a person and even more as a developer, to be completely honest I felt that when I entered the company I was going to demand a lot and I was always going to be stressed, to my pleasant surprise I found an environment full of fellowship and net desire for continuous improvement by the whole team, clearly all are not good news because the fact of starting in a technology to which I was not used to change my way of seeing things, having deadlines and being constantly learning was one of the first walls I faced in the company, because sometimes I got lost in basic things or I was just totally stuck in some problem, even if I went to my tech lead I always found a wall in everything I did, I feel that at this stage I was not performing properly in the company and in general at a time I thought I was just wasting the company's time because I did not feel able to develop the assigned activities.

This perspective changed completely when I changed technology and went back to do a training in this amazing technology called React.js, once I started with the react course I felt a freedom to program and a less workload, throughout the course I found concepts and ways of programming that I had not contemplated, in my opinion going through a training where all my colleagues were made me understand that we were all at the same point and that no one was more than anyone just we are all learning to put everything into practice in a project that we are already developing at this time, at this point of my practices I feel very grateful to the company, not only for giving me an opportunity to train as a professional, but also as a person, since what I have experienced here in the company fills me with reasons to keep going, to keep learning and above all not to let myself be overwhelmed by the situation, since not only my teammates but the whole company will be on my side, I think I forgot to say it, but both Carlos and Rosa have helped me overcome these obstacles, Carlos with his unconditional support and incomparable patience, and Rosa with her advice and way of seeing life and facing problems. without anything else to say thank you very much.
